What is a Travel Concierge?
A travel concierge is, essentially, your own personal travel assistant who offers a range of travel services such as customized and detailed travel activities per your request. In addition, your travel concierge is available to travel with your or your group to act as an on-site liaison while you are on location.

What if I need help with a service that my travel concierge may not provide?
A travel concierge is many things to many different clients. They are most happy to meet with you and discuss your specific needs, thereby crafting a concierge package tailored to fit your specific needs.

Do you cater to corporations as well as individuals and private groups?
Yes, we can create a travel concierge account for your corporation that can be utilized by your employees.

What form of payment do you accept?
Payment for all concierge services can be made with cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

What are your hours of operation?
Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00AM until 6:00PM, and on Saturday from 10:00AM until 4:00PM. Our Travel Concierge service may be available on Sundays and holidays as requested. However, your travel concierge is available to you 24/7. In addition, your travel concierge is available 24/7 while on location (your travel destination).

When Do I Pay For Services?
Service fees are billed in advance of all concierge services rendered. Learn more about our fee services. Again, we accept all major credit cards, check, or automatic bank drafts.

Is There Someone Available 24/7?
Yes, we are always here to serve you. We do ask for a 24 hour advance notice for service requests outside of your normal schedule.

How Do I Qualify For Services?
You don not have to qualify for our travel concierge service, just ask for us for help.

What is a Travel Concierge Questionnaire?
Our travel concierge questionnaire captures vital information about your group or incentives request, specific itinerary requirements you have for your group which include meetings, special activities or sightseeing, etc.
