The Edge Spa
Built on a dramatic precipice, the Edge Spa invites guests to enjoy a variety of indulgent treatments and mindfulness pursuits. Water is a key component of this sanctuary’s design: The five luxurious treatment rooms overlook a gorge with a murmuring creek at the bottom, which connects to both the infinity and soaking pools. Treatments are locally inspired and feature products that utilize natural, bloom-to-bottle ingredients. Mindfulness experiences include indoor and outdoor yoga, family yoga, guided meditation, and vertical vinyasa: aerial yoga which uses large swaths of silk suspended from tree branches in a secluded forest.
Back in the Saddle Massage
Relax and recover after a day on the saddle. Your therapist works to relax and activate areas of the body in need to relieve soreness and tension. Breath work is uniquely built into the treatment in support of muscle liniment and cooling arnica gel to dissipate tightness and inflammation from the muscles and improve your body’s natural balance.
High West Whiskey Rubdown
This nostalgic journey back to the Old West begins with an invigorating whiskey, salt and sage foot soak, paired with a small glass of High West whiskey to encourage relaxation and to ease you into the treatment. An old-style massage with muscle liniment is followed by a hot towel compress for the ultimate unwind. The therapist completes the rejuvenating experience with a foot scrub and scalp invigorator.
Blue Sky Quencher
The best remedy for thirsty skin after an invigorating day in the elements. Begin with a dry brush exfoliation to stimulate circulation and prepare the skin for an application of conditioning body butter. While these nourishing ingredients sink in, a deep hydration treatment for face and feet replenishes moisture. Emerge from deep rest feeling restored and thoroughly hydrated – and hopefully ready to dive back into the elements.
Blue Sky provides a plethora of opportunities to root down and rise up in our epic landscape. Whether you prefer a yoga adventure in a hot spring or a private session in your room, we can cater to your wellness goals. Scroll to view our full list of available yoga experiences.
